Mr. Darko Brakoc started exactly 20 years ago his journey to transform traditional brandy made following the ancestor’s recipe in to the premium brand production. Therefore, he can proudly say that he achieved his goal because his premium brand of top-quality fruit brandy are offered at the most prestigious restaurants in the Balkan region.Our famous whiskey is made from Malteks. Malt extract is a natural sweetener and a product obtained from barley grains in a special technological process of production. Malteks got the name out of English word malt. In this production, the quality ingredients are well preserved. It represents a good and, most importantly, a healthier alternative sweetener. Malteks is the most in terms of density, and it resembles honey in color, but the taste is somewhat different.
Our key goal in wine production is to maintain and improve the quality of our wines.

We are especially proud that our wines and whiskey are offered at the most prestigious restaurants in the Balkan region. In order to produce recognized, typical wines characteristic for our region and our winery, we process grapes only from Serbian vineyards.

After selective vintage, quick grape processing begins with cooling the collected fruits, careful separation of the stems and soft pressing of grapes. It is followed by controlled fermentation in chromium-plated dishes with cooling. We do the fermentation of the wine with specially selected yeasts. The wine is bottled in 0.75 and 1liter bottles.
